My personal experience with the Enclave: Before selling Buick I worked for another luxury brand and every now and then when following up with customers I would here, "Sorry, but we went with the Enclave." The WHAT? I thought, A BUICK?!?! Then it started happening a lot. Then people in the early stages started mentioning they're also looking at the Enclave. I was perplexed because I honestly associated Buick with an older demographic, as I'm sure many folks do. Eventually, I decidided to go see what all the fuss was about. That was the spring of 2008. In July of 08, I started selling Buick. I was won over too.
