Keyes Woodland Hills Cadillac and a Mile of Quarters!

Keyes Woodland Hills Cadillac recently worked with The Boys and Girls Club of the West Valley as a key sponsor helping with their fourth annual Mile of Quarters.  The fund raising event was held at the Westfield Topanga and Promenade mall on Saturday September 11th.

In a press release, from the Club, Gary Thoman, chairman of the youth services said, "September 11 is also a National Day of Service.  It is an extension of Senator Edward Kennedy's Serve America Act that President Obama signed in April, 2009. The day is set aside to do a good deed or donate to a charity.  Parents and grandparents can make it a memorable way of teaching children about the value of helping others in their community while commemorating the Day of Service." Continued Thomas, “This is not a major fundraising event for large donors; this is a free event for the community. Families can participate for as little as $3.25 for one foot of quarters.”

The Mile of Quarters event allows community members to contribute quarters to be laid out for one mile through the Topanga Mall.  The donations will help support the Club's programs for needy youths.

The Boys and Girls Club of the West Valley was founded in 1992 to meet the local needs of children during non-school hours who need safe, healthy and productive activities.

The Club is located at 7245 Remmet Ave., Canoga Park, CA 91303.  Their phone number is 818-610-1054 and you can find them on the web at www.wvbgc.org

To represent Keyes Woodland Hills Cadillac, we had 12 year sales veteran Jim MacVicar there to answer questions about the all new 2011 Cadillac CTS Coupe.  Jim is available for demonstrations and test drives most days and can be reached at 818-348-4352.

Keyes Cadillac is proud to sponsor local community events here in Woodland Hills.  One of our goals is to be your neighborhood dealer and we stive to continually live up to the Keyes motto, "Where it's fun to buy a car!"
